TRENDSI SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, including:
- All 50 states
- U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses
Additionally, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please refer to our international shipping section for more details.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

- U.S. Products: 2-5 business days
- Overseas Products: 5-10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary based on destination and product origin.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are determined by the total order weight:
- Up to 0.6 lb: $3.99
- 0.61 – 1 lb: $5.99
- 1.01 – 5 lb: $9.99
- Over 5 lb: $14.99
Note: During the holiday season (typically November through January), a temporary surcharge of $0.60 per order may apply to U.S. shipments to accommodate increased carrier rates.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited and overnight shipping options are available for sample orders only:
- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days, starting at $14 for up to 1 lb, with an additional $2 per extra pound.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery, with rates varying based on weight.
Note: Expedited options apply solely to the shipping duration and do not expedite order processing times.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations, including but not limited to:
- Canada
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- Germany
- France
- Italy
- Spain
- Japan
- Mexico
- Brazil
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the provided tracking link.
Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order enters the shipping process which is within 24 hours. Once the order is preparing for shipment, address modifications are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for U.S. orders within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, with original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item.
Note: International orders are currently not eligible for returns.

Please note that shipping to P.O. Boxes may not be available for all products, as some vendors may be unable to ship to these addresses due to courier restrictions.
International shipping is not available at this time.

- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed within 2 business days.

- Fulfilled by FashionGo: Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.

Fulfilled by Vendor: Orders are packed and shipped within 7 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the carrier’s capacity and destination.
Please note that all orders are shipped using a blind drop shipping model, meaning they are sent directly to our customers without any vendor branding.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are determined by the vendor and may vary based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Each product’s shipping cost is displayed on its product detail page.
Standardized shipping costs are categorized as follows:
- $3.95 for the first item + $2.00 for each additional item
- $5.50 for the first item + $2.50 for each additional item
- $7.00 for the first item + $2.50 for each additional item
- $10.50 for the first item + $3.50 for each additional item
- $15.00 for the first item + $3.50 for each additional item
These rates are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated in advance.
Combined Shipping
If your order contains multiple items from the same vendor or location, combined shipping rates may apply, potentially reducing the total shipping cost. However, if items are sourced from different vendors or locations, separate shipping charges may apply.
