TRENDSI RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Packaging: Items should be returned in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order, as confirmed by tracking information. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
Please note: Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates and lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear

- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or sign into your account and initiate a return. . We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Eligibility
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving your order. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.
- Return Label: Returns must be shipped using the provided return shipping label. Returns sent via other methods will not be accepted.
Please note: Not all vendors may allow for returns. It is our responsibility here at www.thepassionjonesz.com to check each vendor’s return policy before making any return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Swimwear
- Intimates
- Shapewear
- Underwear
- Lingerie
Additionally, customized special orders and sale items may not be eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, depending on the vendor’s policy.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item.
Please note: Refunds may be canceled if the vendor or FashionGo finds intentional or repeated misuse, such as returning the wrong item or suspected fraudulent activity.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Orders section.
- Find the order containing the item you wish to return and click on Return Product.
- Select the item(s) you want to return, specify the quantity, and provide a reason for the return. Upload clear photos of the item(s) to support your request.
- Submit the return request. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label if the return is approved.
- Ship the item(s) back using the provided label within 7 days.
